Terms of Use
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Jigsaw Ember for using the game and this website. By playing, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Jigsaw Ember
Jigsaw Ember is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
The service
Jigsaw Ember is a casual jigsaw game provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, for personal, non-commercial use. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, and we may set or adjust reasonable limits (for example, on storage or usage).
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Choose a display name that is not offensive and does not impersonate others — we may reset names or suspend accounts that break this.
Fair play
Games are meant to be played honestly. Manipulating scores, XP, or leaderboards through modified clients, automation, scripts, or exploits is not allowed and may lead to removal of scores, loss of progress, or suspension of your account.
Our content
Jigsaw Ember — including the game, its name and branding, the curated puzzle collection, and the site design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it except as the game normally allows.
Virtual items
In-game rewards such as XP, shards, streaks, and unlocked themes have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. We may adjust the game economy as needed to keep play fair and fun.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Jigsaw Ember at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its players.
Disclaimers
The game is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved progress will never be lost. Please don’t rely on it as the only copy of anything important to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Jigsaw Ember, including loss of saved progress or data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived under your local law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and we will note significant changes in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
